"Jackie", the former manager of this complex has been GREATLY missed! There is even a traffic circle that has been named after her death.

Unfortunately, when "Jackie" passed away, she was replaced with probably THE NASTIEST, person (not just landlord BUT person) who I have ever ran into in my entire life! Yes, her name is Sandra (the resident manager) and I just can't seem to figure out how ONE PERSON could be so mean and vile towards human beings, her behavior is absolutely APPAULING!!!

She treats people like they are either living on her property for FREE or you are living in jail (take your pick)! I even know some of the younger Arlington County Police Officers who live at this complex, and even THEY can't stand her!

The management owner has ignored tenant complaints for YEARS now about the resident manager. But what do you expect for a 'ghetto complex'' These apartments have NEVER been renovated (they were originally built for military housing back in the 50's I believe) and believe me, the buildings and the insides show it!

It's time these buildings were condemned by the county, torn down and rebuilt (WITHOUT the current resident manger; "Sandra K. Rose"! Yes, I currently STILL live here but would be more then willing to move to have this complex fixed up!

Ms. Rose: I suggest you get in touch with your 'inner self' and learn to treat others with respect. Your attitude is pure foul and evil!
