My husband and I have lived at Washington and Lee for 2 1/2 years now. We have never had any problems with roaches, noise, or management. Our stove broke once, over a year ago, and even though it was after hours the maintaince man came out and fixed it within ten minutes. I have never had any bad realations or dealings with the managment, they have always been responsive and curtious to both of us.
The only downside I can note is the parking situation. It is frustrating that a friend cannot park in the lot for five minutes without being towed. But, if your guests park along any of the numerous streets surronding Washington and Lee, they will be fine.
Washington and Lee Apartments are in a great location, offer a great deal, and a nice place to live. If you are a respectful, clean, curtious tenent, then you will live happily here.
