I've been here two months and absolutely love it here..best place I've lived in since I moved to DC. The bldg is very safe..all the doors require a card key to get in. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, the place is very well maintained, and staff is very helpful, especially the desk clerk Reggae. The maintenance staff is very responsive too..they usually have the problem fixed the next day. The only criticism I have is that some of the kitchen appliances are pretty dated and don't work very well...my stove is on its last leg.
