Extremely poor property management and response to complaints and problems.

The AMTRAC and VRE train lines run right behind the builing and are less than 25 yards from the back of the building. Depending on the type of train the building actually vibrates when some of the trains pass. Maintenance personnel can take as long an hour to respond to majoer problems such as an uncontrolled water main leak that flooded my unit from the ceiling. It took over three different major leaks before they finally fixed the real problem. The property allows commercial rental of parking in the parking garage and makes no effort whatsoever to control illegal parking making it difficult at times for residents to find parking. The property manager is totally non responsive to compalaints.
