rent raised $282 to 1600 not worth it & now ad for 1800 they r nutz & U r stupid if U rent; airport,train/noise/fumes/allocated utilities based on sq feet ($130/mn1BR) plus renter pays electric for common space does the corporation pays any' charge for parking which is amble anyway; SCAM: Archstone-Smith sets the market rate in Crystal City because many apts owned by them; property mgmt does not deliver rude, constant "I'm sorry" claims ingnorance, but maintenance staff fast; mice & bugs
