Never been good. Old appliances and carpet when moved in. There used to be a couple of cheerful staff members, but constant turnover leaves staff that acts like they are sentenced to work at WPT. Lots of turnover of residents and many short term leases - no sense of community at all. Raised rent $430/mo to $2200/mo at renewal - way above military BAH. Management didn't care about joing military rental partnership program to honor BAH rates. Told me I'd never find such a good deal in Xtal City. Well I did find a much better place for much less and now realize I should have moved out 1 yr ago. C.E. Smith is trying to use near monopoly in Xtal City to squeeze as much money as possible out of long term tenants. It seems all they really want are short term tenants who pay hotel rates to stay in C.E.Smith corp rooms - Screw long term tenants. Freight trains often rock the building. Admin is poor. Lost one of my rent checks and tried to blame it on me until they found it laying in the admin office - gave me a glib weak apology. Utilities/parking fee added to rent are too high. Not a fun place.
