HOUSE OF HORRORS

Although I have lived at the Wellington for a year, I have never had any positive contact with management, the people at the leasing office or any of the other residents. In fact, I didn't even know there was a management office until reading some of the other reviews. I just know it took a week to get the microwave and dishwasher fixed when I first moved in.
And while The Wellington is supposedly doing "muli-million dollar" renovations, which so far has consisted of getting new windows and having the water shut off without warning, the hallways are FILTHY and smell like ass. And please, don't even try to do laundry. If you wore your clothes for 45 days straight they would look better, smell better and be cleaner than if you chose to "wash" them in the dirtiest laundry room I have ever seen. The odor is so bad one on side of the room that I gag everytime I go in.
And don't ever use the main entrances, everytime I come in the building, at least 10 people wihtout keys trail in behind me while the security guard, who, by the way, gets off duty at 11p.m., sleeps on the couch. When I first moved there I was convinced someone was running a brothel because it looked like pimps and whores waiting to get in.
If I continued, this would be about 30 pages, bottom line is DO NOT RENT FROM THE WELLINGTON
