I've been living at the Wellington for over a year now and have had mixed feelings. The buildings have been under constrution throughout my lease. It has been difficult dealing with the smell and noise. However, the improvements will be nice when completed.
The new management has been very nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have been responsive to any problems with my apartment.
