spacios room but hard to find parking spot and break contract by letting us to pay for electricity u have to buy their reserved parking spot if u wanna feel safe.but if u came home late night it's totally nightmare.i once taked a risk by parking at the fire line and my car was towed and i hava to pay for that because i couldn't find any parking spot.they issued parking permit more than space they have..so just sell ur car then u can live here peacefully
