Basically everything the other naysayers have stated is true...listen to them. I wish I knew of this site before I signed my lease.
Aside from the building being insecure, parking nonexistent and the laundry room just being awful.
The privacy is non existent. In the few months I have lived here, management and maintenance have found 8 reasons to enter my apartment to do various "repairs". Keep in mind, when I first rented, I was told my unit was newly renovated, and I have not initiated any of these repair calls. In my experience a landlord usually has to enter maybe once a year, when the repair is so urgent that they can't wait for your lease to be up; the Wellington organization is ridiculous. Yes they give you 24 hour notice, usually, but that is beside the point; no landlord should let a unit if it is not ready to be rented. Just recently we were told that our units were going to be sprayed for roaches. Gross!!! But now we have to clear out all of our cabinets and shelves and live without our dishes for 4 days'!!!...ummm how is this different from....moving out'!!! oh yeah, I'd still owe several months rent. Bottom line, if you like living in a insecure filthy building, that charges too much for services it does not deliver, this is your place. Otherwise find another complex.
