I have lived at The Wellington/Arlington Overlook for 4 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The apartments are clean and spacious. They are an excellent value for the money. The staff is great; always very friendly and helpful. Any problems brought to their attention are quickly resolved. Having lived with other management staff, I can say this team is truly dedicated to making The Wellington a good place to live.

Like any apartment complex there are days when problems arise. These are generally resolved within hours. Recently brand new windows and blinds were installed in each apartment, air conditioner filters are being installed, and the hallways and lobbies have been renovated. The overall improvement these updates make on the apartment are well worth the minimal hassle people describe on this site.

The community has a pool (which is fantastic). There are nearby parks, shopping and restaurants. It is near 395, seconds from Pentagon City Mall and minutes from D.C. There is a shuttle to take commuters to the metro, this is an excellent amenity.

Overall, a fantastic place to live.
