I know you have read it before, but I will say it again. This place is mis-managed. You pay all this money for amenities that never work. Security that is not secure, and in the last year, this place has gotten disgusting.

The parking gates never work, so anyone can get in. I hate that if I get home around 8pm or so, I cannot get a spot near my building. I also hate the fact, that I have to such a high premium for so called 'Security'. This is such a joke, because the doors are always broken, so anyone can just walk in. The doormen up front are either sleeping in the backroom or just ignore everyone who walks, so it is very common to see non -residents tailgating through the front door.

And in the last year, this building has become very dirty. Management might want to think about enforcing the occupancy rules and if there are more than 4 people living a 2 bedroom, then that is too bad. Unfortunately two people must go. Last time I checked, this is not Seoul or Hong Kong, which would explain the roaches that have begun appearing. I can only imagine when the rats will be joining in.

God forbid, you call for maintenance. If you need something done, give yourself a week, before maintenance even acknowledges you. Be prepared to make at least 3 calls to them before your name even appears in the system. Not to confuse anyone, but for some reason, management likes to have your feedback for maintenance, before any work is done. Doesn't that sounds backwards.

If that is not enough, now they are charging me for utilities. Management has overspent their budget on a nasty looking Halloween theme for the hallways and ugly fake stock d??cor in the lobbies. They cannot account for their spending, so they raise my rent, raise the price of the washers and dryers, and now charge me for utilities. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move into a nice, clean, safe place that is actually worth the money. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I am anxious to check this place out. After reading mixed feelings both sides, I am going to take a look for myself and post something later. So far the staff have been wonderful especially with me being so far away. I will visit next week to check it out. Also, if you have problems with parking you can pay 45 bucks to get your very own reserved spot and tow anyone in it when you come home. I opted for this parking. Looking through the internet doesnt look like you can find nice quality apts in this area except the Wellington that caught my eye. I am getting a completely new kitchen and bath. Cant beat that. Plus, this place is super close to my work and daycare. later...
