It all depends on what you look for. The staff, management and maintenance, are all very pleasant. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have NEVER had to wait more than one day for repairs, normally there is someone in my apartment within hours of my complaint. The residents are friendly, and it comes with a lot of amenities like a fitness center, store, free parking (one spot) and free metro shuttle. There is only one problem, after about 3 blissful weeks I noticed some "roommates" had moved in, ROACHES. I've asked several other residents and they claim not to have roaches, so maybe some apartments arent infested( or they are all in denial). The complex offers free weekly exterminators, but it doesnt get rid of them completely, especially if your neighbors arent the neatest people. It isnt the most posh place, but if you end up with one of the roach-free apartments, I think its a great place to live. If it wasnt for the roaches, I would gladly renew my lease.
