This place is one long nightmare, and I can't tell you how happy I am to have moved. Trust your instincts and get out. The new management, while perhaps well intentioned, is equally as inept as the old management at addressing problems and providing adequate living conditions. The lack of hot water, the smells in the building, the fact that several of the doors in the building are unsecured, and the countless construction and noise should scare anyone away. If that is not enough, several months ago, the building managers decided to paint the doors and in doing so, left all doors of every apartment opened for hours with no one to guard the doors of individual apartments. I had to take off of work to sit in my apartment to ensure that no one would steal my stuff.

Trust me - DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENT. I moved out several months ago and am SOOO much happier. You could be too. Avoid this place at all costs.

IF YOU'RE OLD AND A LONG STANDING RESIDENT MAYBE YOU WILL GET SO HELP AND PLUS SOME EXTRAS ON THE SIDE. CHECK YOUR UTILITY BILL AND THE SENIORS WHO ARE HOME ALL DAY WITH POWER JUST RUNNING. YOU WILL BE $90-$100 AND THEIR BILL WILL BE 30/$40... MAKES NO SINCE.
