So now the entire apartment complex (which consists of 3 buildings) has a roach infestation problem. That means, we have to take every single thing out of our kitchen cabinets/drawers for them to come and spray. Doesn't this say something about the tenants that live here' Its disgusting.
Also, the water here is horrible. Every weekend, if you want to shower later in the day, forget about it. The hot water will be gone. When I do get hot water, it constantly fluctuates. I turn the knob just a tiny bit and it is either scolding hot or freezing.
Oh, and people here think the stairwell is a huge ashtray. People are too lazy to smoke outside, so they smoke in the stairwell stinking both that and the hallways close to the stairwell door. Then, they throw all of their cigarette butts on the floor. One day, on my way to the parking lot, I counted 12 cigarette butts lying in the stairwell.
We called to complain about these things but "conveniently" the property manager was not there. We are still awaiting her phone call.....
