I have lived at The Wellington for over four years and I love it! The Fairfield staff is fantastic compared to the last management company Archstone - they never helped anyone - yet alone talk to you! This place has huge apartments for the price and a new fitness center with business center that is awesome. The only thing I don't like it the color of the hallways it feels like Halloween! I have never had a roach in my apartment thank God - but I have never lived anywhere in this area that has never had a problem - welcome to the DC area! They also just had a company come out to take care of the problem - I have never seen any other place do something so drastic to take care of a problem - I can't even imagine what that cost''''' Every time I have had any kind of problem they are right on it. Don t listen to these other people who have complained about this place - they just have nothing better to do - most of the complainers probably have never even called to let anyone know there is a problem. Keep up the great work Wellington.

Well this look like managment team finally is doing something in this case they write fake ravievs, very nice good job.

I agree, fake review. I have lived in the complex for about 6 months and I will now be breaking my lease (thank god) to get out of this place. I understand they are old buildings and such, but they still have many, many, problems. Oh, when management comes here to write another fake review; please do not wait until it is 80 degrees outside to test the air conditioning for the first time all year. I had a two week period where the temperature in my apartment, with all windows open all day and fans running, never made it below 80 degrees (that was in the middle of the night, it was constantly 85-87 degrees during the day). I am soooo glad I don't have a child.

I've lived here a lot longer then you. Maybe you're standards are to low. I've never had a management company as bad as these guys. I've also lived in buildings a lot older then these and I've never had a rodent problem like I do here. I also posted a comment on my experience here if you want to read it and I'm not faking it. Like I said they are biased against race and class.
