I wanted to love this apartment and not move again for a while! It was renovated and looks lovely but the staff is unprofessional and nothing seems to ever go as planned. First it was my lack of hot water, then the air conditioning issues, the gates to the property broke for months at a time and now the power. The rent is decent for the area but not worth the hassles and troubles. There are also many apts in the building that have swarms of people living in them... one happens to be above me. There was an issue with urination in the elevators and garbage in the halls. This is not college and I'm paying to live in this hell. I have been here since Sept '06 and will most likely move at the end of the lease.
