Do you enjoy functioning elevators' Perhaps functioning doors and gates for security' Maybe even a toilet that, when flushed, the water will simply go down instead of squirting up' What about a dishwasher that actually cleans dishes' Maybe you'd even like a $180 electric bill during the summer to imply your apartment was actually cool' How about AC in the beginning of summer and heat in the beginning of winter' Maybe you'd like to be able to do laundry in washers that don t smell like diapers or dryers that, after running, have done nothing but charge you $1.75 to spin your clothes round n round. Maybe you enjoy having constant water temperature in your mold-free shower' If any of these possibilities appeals to you, maybe the Wellington ISN'T for you.


Positives:
Spacious Apartments
Hard to hear neighbors
Responsive maintenance
Cheap Rent (relative to local area anyway)
Good location


More Negatives:
Community buys cheap stuff - cheap microwaves, cheap dishwashers, apparently they buy cheap parts for their elevators (each one seems to break every few months, takes weeks to fix sometimes!), etc. Also the employees don't seem to give a darn - the assistant manager lady was nice though.

I agree 110%! I have been in the North building since 2002. Way too long if you ask me. I am planning on moving out at the end of my lease!
