Opinions are personal but facts are facts. Not all current employees are rude and or unprofessional as claimed in other reviews. Where are the reviews of the aleast few good things you know. Let us be fair during reviews,an ugly encounter with management should not be a yardstick for review. How about the poor cleaners that work very hard to keep the community clean when bed people remove trash from their cars and istead drop them on the grounds to be blown all around by heavy winds, how about those bad residents that do not put trash into the trash shoot instead will leave them in the trash rooms, how about the bad residents with kids writing on the walls in their presence and not stop them, how about maintenance that work hard to maintain 1940-1950 buildings, how about residents using metals to prey gates and eventually brake them, how about residents that use feet to push elevator buttons, These are all questions that we all need to answer and do our part to make this community healthier for all.
A bad encounter with an individual must not warrant a general review for all. Give merit to departments as they try to keep every pin and needle happy.
REMEMBER! DO ON TO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE THEM DO ON TO YOU. DO NOT JUDGE ALL FOR ONE! LET'S MAKE THIS A HAPPY PLACE AND PLAY OUR ROLE IN REPORTING ISSUES.

Lets be honest. The cleaning crew is great. The maintenance crew is so so and I realize it's a 1940s building but thats there job is to maintain the building people pay to live in a safe complex not where it takes two or three maintenance calls to get a leak from upstairs fixed and once they fix it it takes a month or never to come back and patch up the holes that they made. The gates brake at least once a month usually while I was tring to get in so I'd have to get out and physically push it open.As far as management if you don't go over their heads they don't get anything done. I called the housing authority when I lived there and a few days later the management people finally took care of the problem. I never measured them based on one problem it was two years worth of problems they never took care of. At least they were consistant

It's true that some of the residents are making lot of problems, but who gave them the apartments, who let 6-7 people families to occupy two bedroom units...management, maybe we need to made rules a little stricter, why doors/gates and locks are broken, because there are two people with actual keys on the lease and rest of them doesn't have access to the buildings. Let???s look where really lies the problem and start doing something instead of taking care of selected group of tenants.
