eing a current resident at the Wellington, I have first hand knowledge of how badly managed this place is. I moved in hearing how bad the placed was managed and thought it could be that bad, well, it is. The management doesn't seem to care about the complaints they get, or do anything to appease the leaser. Also, if you ever have anyone try and stay with you, make sure they park on the street because they will tow you. You can get a pass from, just one of the buildings, and the guards take breaks, it seems every 15 mins. The leasing manager, ----, is an incompetent -----. When a complaint is issued and you are referred to speak with her, you might as well complain to the wall, because it may understand you better. It seems she has a problem hearing something may be wrong with this ------ place. There is new management at this place too, the BainBridge Companies LLC, which I was hoping things would get better, but it seems they are worse.
If you have the unfortunate option of staying in the North build, DON'T, my A/C goes out on a weekly basis, and it usually takes about a week to get anyone in there to fix it. They also have to perform routine maintenance on the entire A/C system, it seems, on a weekly basis. There was a 2 week period over this summer and fall that the A/C went out and it was so unbearable to even be in my apartment, I had to stay at a friends place, calling daily trying to get it fixed. The only good thing about the north building is that the bug problem that I have heard about in the other 2 buildings is bad, isn't that bad. Have only seen a few bugs in my stay there.
It is my person recommendation that you reconsider your chose of living here if the Wellington is an option. I would also recommend looking for a place that isn't managed by the BainBridge Companies LLC, because if all their places are managed like the Wellington, I don't know how they stay in business. I know when i move out at the end of Nov. I will be looking for a step up.
