exactly which is why people that have moved out before are returning in record numbers. Every apartment complex is open to all that can qualify to rent. As a result you can not deny renters place to live my only down side of it is people should be considerate of their neighbors. People should know that, the cleanliness of such a place depends on those that live here. If people can just be just clean for the norms, the wellington is a wonderful place to live

sincerely, so far credit should be giving where due. People complained about gates not working they are fixed. Pleople complained about the north building entry pad, it fixed. People complained about the central door been picked it is now fixed. People complained about no communication from last company well at least the new company sent momos to the efect on entry pad, gates and even when the bus was out on service. You will agree that this is all true. My role here is not to talk absurds but to keep it striaght with all using my source. I do not mean to agravate anybody but to just provide info and point out why our community is such. All will not be perfect at once but little by little it will be done. The south building is the main office's location and most samples are done out there. But all three buildings are owned by the same company and it is just a matter of time all should be renovated. I guess the majority of us have also seen the ripped swimming pool that is under construction. It will not be automatic but we soon should be happy. According to my sources, the convector A/c are under rapid production and will be here. When? i will post once i comfrim with sources. On the rent notices, you may want to bring this to the attention of the manager. He is very understanding and gives attention to things like this. Let us go positive and work together to make currections to where needed. Report distructive residents who draw, write on walls or use their feet to select elevator floors. This is just one of the things we can do as a community to improve our environ. Remember, no matter where you live as long as these bad residents continue to do what they do, the environ will be affected. With that i say thanks for your response. Don't forget to be peaceful.

We took time out of our busy schedule to attempt to fit our many problems and suggestions as well as positive comments on the tiny comment area of these comment cards. Their response... a fancy newsletter and a we don't care letter personalized to me. They received only about 14 comment cards and it appears that the suggestions and comments from people not currently living here and wanting to bring their dirty pets are responded to, but not one of our at least 7 listed problems was addressed. We moved there so that our children could play in a clean park not one full of dog dirt or vicious animals. I asked if they will clean up after the pets and they told me no I have to look at which pet is pooping in the park and not being picked up after before oops I step into it. Forget about them responding to comments. They may have helped somebody out, but get your concerns taken care of before you move in. We have waited for over 4 months for extremely urgent repairs. They apparently don't care about leaky sinks causing water damage in the building even though it would be a lease violation if we did not report it.
