Nice, if you like living in an overpriced 3rd world country

The apartments are beautiful, and the management are very friendly, but the construction has gotten ridiculous. They are working from 7am to 10pm every day of the week, even weekends, and I am constantly being woken up ridiculously early by their noises, and finding their mess swept under my door. Not to mention the overpriced ($2 per load) washers and dryers that NEVER work. I haven't had a single time when I've been able to dry all my clothes, but I still get charge. And don't live here if you're from anywhere outside the equator - it's nearly June and the AC STILL hasn't been turned on. I've seriously considered going to a hotel because its too hot to sleep. Even in the winter the apartment gets way too hot and there's no way to turn off the heat.

I agree completely. Plain ridiculous how they do not turn on the A/C right now. I've lost plenty of money having to re-dry my clothes, as well. Also, don't forget about the grounds-crew, with their leaf blowers, and their constant attention to the landscape. If the apartment management didn't spend so much money on that, perhaps they can lower the price of rent to more appropriately-priced numbers.
Oh, and the hot water STILL is inadequate. (I've posted a couple of other times on this board about this problem). Forget about taking a hot shower in the morning; you'll be lucky if you get warm water.

I dont understand why they start work SO early. I get woken up every morning to hammering and just wonder when it all will end. Not to mention my apt is right above the entrance to one of the main doors that SLAMS all the time. It's like a gunshot in the middle of the night. I've called several times for them to fix it, which they do but it just messes up again.
The guy in the office now knows what I'm calling about and even suggested maybe I get another apt. How about they get better doors (since people keep breaking them anyway) and not suggest me to move my whole apt to another one, which of course would be higher rent.
Ridiculous
