My wife and my 8month old daughter are current residents at the Wellington, and I must be honest with you, this place was the worse mistake I have every made. During the winter months the hot water would be out for at least 2 days out of the week, and one weekend the heat went out from early Saturday morning to Monday morning. Now that we are just beginning to get into summer, there is not air conditioning, and I am writing this review in a 90 degree room. Since it is a Saturday, there are no property managers here to complain to, and the people who I have talked to in the front office said that it is not an emergency and that they will try to get something done. However, it has been 4 hours since my first call and they said that there was nothing wrong with the air its only my apartment. Fine, but they have never sent anyone up to see what is wrong with my unit and it is only getting warmer in here. I feel that this is the worst place that I have ever lived, and the Management really could not care about you once you sign you lease. I would not rent here if you want to live in a comfortable environment.
