The A/C in my apartment NEVER works and no one fixes it!

I've called every day for the past week and no one has fixed it!

The leasing manager, Barbara is a total WITCH. She is rude to EVERY resident and talks down to you as if you are stupid! No one seems to do anything about it. I complained about her and one of the other managers told me, "it's okay, that's just how she is."

The new "technology center" never works. The internet/computers in there never work. The halls are LOUD and the maintenance staff doesn't care about any of your problems.

The only good things about these apartments are the shuttle and safety. Other than that, there's nothing! The security guard sits in an office and talks to his girlfriend on the phone all night. I was locked out of my apartment because they changed everyone's locks and mine was not installed properly (yep, at 7pm--my key wouldn't open my own apartment's door)! The security guard refused to help me and said there was nothing he could do.

THEY ARE RIGHT MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND THEY WILL LIE TO GET IN, ONCE A MONTH HAS PASS THAT'S YOUR ASS. DON'T DO IT..

i never turn on the heat and sleep with my windows open. when we get our new heating bills with their weird formula, i will basically be paying 100 dollars a month to sleep with the window open. sweeeeeeeeet
