I personally have lived here for five years, i have seen drastic improvements all over the property. From lightening to wall colors, to landscape, to timely work request response, to better park area, to a wonderfull swimming pool, to better dumpsters, to new convectors in the apartments:i just will be unfair if i don't say these improvements have not made me happier. I know people have patience to complain but when it comes to commending, they are tired and out of time. I hope things will continue to improve we did have rough days but now things are much better. I will say, yes keep an open mind when you visit our community.

Just what i wanted were new dumpsters and upgrades to the park. What about the roaches and mice, the leaks and the rude staff both in the leasing and management offices? The fountain they put out front so we can pay an even higher water bill.I guess you don't have a problem with the $100 utility bills. Why try and save electricity when you end up paying for everyone elses use. I still don't understand how I can go on vacation for a month and still have a huge utility bill. As for commending people the only good thing about this place is the maintaince staff who do normally respond to things fast, they don't always fix it the first time but thats only because they're swamped by all the maintance requests.Obviously you haven't lived here long enough yet.
