I am stuck here, unfortunately until May of 2009. I have been here since last year and have to say the the prices are very high for ------ living. The management office, especially Barbara, has the worst customer/tentant service and no one is willing to help you with anything. If you want to move somewhere in Arlington, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I somewhat agree. But I don't think you'll find a better place for the rent you're currently paying. I've had all my small issues taken care of.
Maybe it's an attitude thing?

You guys are the most unpleasant people to talk to.
Why pretend to be a resident and respond elusively to people's comments. Own up to your mistakes and try to improve your service.
