I moved in two months ago and I'm shocked by what I witnessed this evening.
I was waiting for my package at the security's desk and I heard the Leasing agent shouting at a person and telling the person to get out of the office. I was shocked and sadened to see a person being treated like that.
I hope this doesn't happen to me. I called a friend to share this event and I was given this site's address. And from what I'm reading, it seems that it's inevitable. I'm contemplating my decision to rent here.
I don't know what happened but NO PERSON should be treated like that! This is America!

I had an issue with someone in the leasing office, but she remained relatively courteous and politely hung up. They wouldn't blow up like that without a reason. Better to just aproach them, tell them how the incident made you feel and ask what happened. If not, bring it to Islam Kemal's attention. He's the property assistant manager. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation.

They are supposed to be the face of the The Wellington the first people we see when we go to rent an apartment. There is no excuse to act like that in the first place. If they were truly professional they shouldn't have been the ones blowing up. To I'm Shocked "Get out ASAP it will only get worse." When I lived there for 5 years and weathered the changes from management company to management company there may have been a new property manager each time but the rest of the staff stays the same and they were rude and incompetent back then to. I know someone who went in to try and rent a place there and even though it was 20 minutes before they closed the one leasing agent didn't even acknowledge that my friend was there and just went home and then the other said it's to late to show any apartments. Sounds like good business to me.
