I lived in the Wellington for one year...it's horrible! The location is amazing but that's about it. The appt complex isn't great and worst...the mgmt is terrible. When we were deciding on a place, they promised us all these renovations. Most haven't come, and the ones that did are really cheap looking and ugly. They claim to be a security gated community but the gates never work! Seriously...two months straight the gates were open. We had on/off heating through the winter, as they were "upgrading" their units. Their maint. team shows up without knocking EVERY day of the winter. My wife is in the bedroom and they come in without knocking. One day I came home and my front door was wide open and all the units had the covers off. I stayed home for three hours and no one showed back up, making me call the mgmt. And to make it worse...the new units look OLD and there are holes in the walls and carpets around it! The "Reserve Parking" system is a joke. You pay for it, but it's your responsibility to call the towing company. The number they gave me was disconnected, so you have people parking in your space every day. The appts are spacious, which is a good thing, although my door never closed properly unless slamming it shut (which they never fixed). Also, the walls are very thin. Take this review SERIOUSLY..I have no anger toward the Wellington or their mgmt. I left there and bought a home for my family. I never had any run-ins with them. It's just a mis-managed property and needs considerable improvement. I think the people that gave this place a good rating have to work there to seriously recommend it. It needs a lot of work.
