We moved in during the renovations and got the first 2 months free. The leasing agent was so incredibly nice and patient, she took us all around to check out the various layouts 2 days in a row. Everyone I've had to deal with around here is really nice and helpful. The location is perfect for getting around by car, and really good on bus too with all the buses that go down columbia pike to the metro. Always enough parking in the lot, never had a problem with safety. I remember this place had bad reviews when I moved in so I wanted to write one now before we move out. It's just too expensive, but was perfect for our first year in a new city. Oh, and the pool is awesome, the workout equipment is all pretty new, I like the roof top deck, nice little fenced in yard to let your dogs run around, a little park for the kids, grills and tables, you can walk to the grocery store, a coffee shop, and a great yoga studio. No problems with water, heating, air. Oh, but EXPENSIVE laundry machines! $2 to wash and $2 to dry.
