Infuriating - It could be great.

Could be fantastic, but the management is working against themselves. The buildings themselves are a jewel - big apartments, soundproof, and an amazing view of DC from the rooftop decks. Nice neighbors. A lovely little convenience store in the basement ... more

Terrific location, but not worth the rent & high utilities...

The Wellington is in a terrific location but for the cost of rent, its not worth it. Most of the maintenance people are very nice. The grounds look nice and the gym is new but thats it. The "roof top" ... more
