I thing this community needs to add a fitness center and a business center. Because most of the porperties in the area offer this added service. Westmont Gardens is not cheap it is the same price Dominion Plaza, etc. Therefore, to keep up with the area they need to add these service. The 2 br there is $1325. But I work in many properties in maintenance issue, I rank Westmont to Number 1.
