I have lived at Westmont Gardens for over a year and I have been quite pleased. Maintenance responds to all calls within a reasonable time and work is completed quickly and correctly. The staff is very helpful and seems to genuinely care about residents. Also, pest control is done several times a year to prevent any roach problems. I have yet to see a roach in the time that I have been here.
Westmont Gardens is one of the best values in the area. $1100 gets you a rather spacious 1 br and the utilities are included.
