westomnd gardens happens to be one of the cleanest aparment bulding I have ever lived.nice staff they will asnwer and give a solution promptly and without IF'S or BUT's, I have lived there for the last 11 months,I did not find a dead or live bug,roaches, or so, they do pest control in regular basis,they even have a separated spot to park ,scooters .the price is super and you should see green grass, it's beautifully taken care of.
the building is old, but well preserved,not hight tech gadgets but a/c works and heater will make your nights worth it
