Cheap, but not well-maintained inside

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
 
I doubt I can find any cheaper 1 bedroom apt. in North Arlington, but the maintenance has gone from excellent to crappy in the years I've lived here. While lots of attention is given to the landscaping and outside maintenance, little is given to the insides of the units. I think that I'll be moving soon.
