Please think twice about moving in. It is certainly appealing on the outside. Decent landscaping and inviting neighborhood... but once you walk in it is a different story. Sure, the apartments are a little old and need some work, but anyone can get over not having perfect wood floors or a remodeled bathroom. What I am refering to is the MANAGEMENT. When I moved in I asked how long it takes for repairs to get done... they told me it would be ONE DAY and TWO at the worst. This has never NEVER EVER been the case. I seriously don't mind an outdated kitchen or a radiator. These things can be overcome because you know what you are renting when you come... but common courtesy from the Management is a MUST. They can be down right rude and agressive. One lady blames her manager and simply says: "you'll have to talk to Zoe, i'm just following policy" and when you talk to the main manager she is nasty at times and makes you detest ever coming to look for assistance. If you move into Westover, I hope you are a "free spirit" and don't care when your faucet get fixed... whether it be three weeks after you reported it, or six weeks. Good luck if you are a NORMAL person wanting REGULAR service from the management staff.
