I've lived at Westover for several years, and the management has gone from good to lousy, along with maintenance. I don't mind that they are older buildings without all the mod cons, but please, please, fix things in a timely manner. I'm ready to move out, even though I'll pay much more rent, I'll likely get a much better apartment.
