It just keeps getting worse here, even as they start the renovations

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
The rent keeps going up for antiquated buildings and systems. Management doesn't call you back or ignores service calls. They are now cleaning out asbestos from old pipes and with all of the holes in the floors for radiators, etc., I don't think the blowers will keep out the asbestos.

AHC is simply the worst management company I've ever encountered.
