Westover Ruined by Slumlords

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2009
 
Westover apartments, owned and managed by AHC, allows overcrowding, is so noisy I can hear my nieghbor's music better than my own fails to honor maintenance requests, has surly, incompetent office staff and so-so parking. Forewarned is forearmed.
