It is a bit pricy for an apartment complex with no nearby metro, but I feel it's a decent place to live. They've cleaned up it's appearance, most of the apartments are newly remodeled, and I haven't had any problems with my room.

For the most part, the management was friendly with the exception of a couple old women who were pretty rude (probably because they felt like they had to be important somehow).

You've got options for outside or garaged parking. I only had to deal with bugs once (really small ones), and maintenance took care of that quickly. All other maintenance requests were dealt with swiftly as well.

I'd recommend this place to anyone who's just starting out and wants a dependable place to live without a lot of headaches.
