The management has been slow to respond on a couple of occasions to problems in the apartment. Their maintenance guys were crude and rude at best. The management also tends to hire an older person, which is ok, except that the people they hire have also been dismissive and a bit rude.

When they renovation was going on, they gave practically no notice to what to expect next or what might not be working that day.

It's been kind of mixed but who wants mixed when you can afford to go to a better place. One other small thing, the apartment had some roaches that we finally got rid of but they took a lot of time to respond.
