I have been living here for more than a year now with few problems, until I woke up one day on a loud knock on the door. When I opened the door someone from the management and a maintenance guy (the rude Chinese one) were just ready to open the door, UNAUTHORIZED. I find that to be a highly offensive behavior. They could have at least phoned or let me know they are coming. Who pays money to be so inconvenienced like this'

Like other posts here, I find the older women running this place to be bad-mannered. A Hispanic woman form the management, who runs the convenience store, was rude on a couple of occasions.

And I agree that its very noisy place, mostly due to Latin music and teenagers doing the ass-shake thing in the corridors. Too bad they were not that attractive though.

Do not move in.
