It's true about the loud music from the party room but it seems not to be so bad as long as you are above the 6th floor. LOL. The complex is nice looking since it has been renovated but we just got a notice that the rent is increasing another 60 bucks for no reason and we are leaving. We just moved to the area and for the first six months we had to deal with prank phone calls from the phone box downstairs. Even though management was the only one who had our number (it hadn't even been programmed into the box yet).
It is also true about the packages. Sometimes we didn't even get a slip and we had to track it online fearing it had been lost when it clearly showed it was signed for downstairs. Any large package we have received has either been badly beaten or had holes punched into it as if someone was looking into the box. When I asked at the front desk why this was, she just giggled.
Parking is limited, so look forward to walking a bit or paying for the garage. Its good the metro stop is in front of the building and the upgrades of appliances is nice. We are moving due to the increase in price and the fact its hard to get any fresh air with everyone's apartments looking right into yours and the windows that don't open above 1 inch.

!. Maybe the prank phone calls were meant for the person assigned to your phone number before you. That does happen, once in a while I get calls for someone else who had my number a long time ago. 2. Why blame the rental office for your packages?? I live in another complex now, it is the responibility of the delivery service, UPS etc., to leave you a package slip and I receive packages from USPS that are crushed and torn open. It's the post office mistreating your packages, not a desk clerk.

I do live @ Wildwood. I have only one complaint. My rent went up nearly 10% in one year. This is an inordinate increase. I have'nt ever heard of more than 5%. This is simply gouging. If you dont mind a 10% increase in your rent in only one year, this place is for you.

I don't plan to stay for more than a one-year lease so I don't care about the increase each year really.
