My husband and I lived at Wildwood from July 2003 - April 2005.

Overall we had a fine experience.

Pros
Price. It's reasonable and includes all of the utilities.
Staff. They were always friendly at the front desk and the maintenance staff actually did preventative maintenance - cleaning filters, etc.
Amenities. The pool and fitness center are a nice addition.

Cons
Location. It's a little far from a Metro stop, but the bus is right out front that takes you to Pentagon.
Pets. They don't allow pets, so if you want a pet, you'll have to move.
