I'm not sure why the rating for this apartment is not higher! The parking is great...plenty of spaces. Metro bus at the door step. Apartments are very nice for an old building...newly renovated. Prices are great for the location. Noisy'...can be...but what can you expect when a major highway is right outside the complex'' So far...no major complaints to speak of.

10% increase in rent in one year does not constitute "Great prics". Also , considering how far away the subway is, and the neighborhood, it's not all that... perhaps a bag a chips.
