I will agree that the front desk staff can be rude and less than helpful. I also don't like that the doors don't have a chain or a deadbolt that can only be opened from the inside. This means that when maintenance is coming, they can barge in even if you are home and asleep.

However, utilities are included, there is enough parking, an okay exercise room, and it's close to plenty of shopping. The bus stop is right out front, there is a security guard at night, and a good price for the area. For the rent charged, you won't find much better.
