There are some desk staff who seem to want to do anything other than their job. Inconveniencing the tenants seems to be their entertainment. I do like my apartment, but the management is getting lax and some of the established staff is getting lazy --- not them all ... I am sure that management knows who has the attitude problems on staff. I am concerned about recent events in the area of garage management that may compel me to leave when my lease is up. We are not in the safest area considering surrounding apartments so security and standards in garage management are important to me.
