I moved into Wildwood Towers after they renovated the building. The apartment itself is very cute with a nice balcony. It seemed like a nice place for the money.

Initially, the building was well staffed. After most of the apartments were rented, however, the management cut back on the staffing levels. Nonetheless, the front desk staff (esp. Joyce) is very nice.

The building was somewhat noisy during garage construction. The walls are well insulated, though, so you cannot hear your neighbors.

The landscaping could use some work, and the building is not as clean as I would like. While I generally feel safe in the building, I have noticed small items have been stolen from the lobby on occasion.

The location is pretty convenient. Although the building is not Metro accessible, it is close to decent shopping; Giant, CVS, and Target are all in walking distance.

It is nice that the utilities are included in the rent. The temperature is a bit hard to gauge on the thermostat, though.

Overall, I would say that it is a good value for the money. I just hope that the management doesn't continue to cut the staffing levels or the place could become more like Wildwood Park.
