Wonderful floor plans, excellent front desk staff, nice neighbors, good location. However parking is a complete disaster. When you come home you never know what space will be blocked off and unaccessible to you as a tenant or if you will be able to find a place to park at all because of the latest in construction efforts. Very poorly planned and executed completion of project with no respect or consideration of the tenants that have to deal with it on a daily basis. When you have to deal with this on a daily basis it certainly isn't pleasant.

This tenant obviously didn't take into consideration the amount of new parking that was made available during the renovation project. There were actually more spaces available than prior to the start of renovation. And upon completion, WOW! it looks great, ease of movement throughout parking areas improved and the number of spaces further increased. Not sure why they posted this negative response. The place is spectacular and very well priced to boot.

Parking is only a problem for guests. For instance, say you have a visitor on a Sat. night @ 11 pm, unlike most other properties, you will not be issued a six hour pass, you must have your guest pay $5.00 even if he/she is only there for an hour or two. So, if they park outside on S. Jefferson street, they have an excellent chance of having their car vandalized. Adjacent neighborhood (across the Street in Fairfax County) high crime rate
