I like the unit where I live. It's clean, washing machine and dryer new. Building only three years old since completely renovated. I enjoy the pool,I like the staff, the location is near fine restaurants (eg. Award winning Thai dining : Duangrats, and Rabieng; Presidential favorite Chinese Peking Duck Gourmet, Indian Raga, all on Leesburg Pike about 1 kilometer away. Good bicycle trail to Georgetown (4 mile Run) . Gated Parking Lot with 24 hour Security. Doors to units are more private,which I like, in that the door of one unit does ont directly face another, which also reduces noise too. Double bolt locks on the doors. My only complaint is that my rent went up 10% in one year, and I frankly find that gouging. I have only had 4-5% increases over the past 20 years. This will motivate me to buy, so I'm handling it for now even though it's over priced by about $50 a month on a 1 BR. Only other caveat is parking outside the gate for guests. Parking outside is vandalism problem. Guests parking after 9 pm should ALWAYS Park inside the property gate, otherwise you are at high risk of vandalised car. It seems some "hood" members think that they are the only ones that should be allowed outside street parking
