If you want to deal with slow maintance workers and a very rude staff then move in. This is a very noisey area and the apartments do not do a very good job on filtering out the noise. There is loud music and kids always running around. Parking not that great. If you have a guest they have to pay $5 a night just to visit. The maintance workers will enter your apartment without giving you 24 hours notice and then they just barge right in. When you try to deal with the staff they treat as if you are bugging them. Good luck on actually talking to a manager you always just end up dealing with her secratary. Save your money and move in somewhere elese. I have lived at other dittmar complexes and had the same experience. I will not rent with them again!!

I think this rating must have been mistaken for another property and here is why..... Wildwood Towers does not charge a fee for guest parking. Most of the time all you need to do is ask for a temporary parking permit. I know Wildwood Park charges $5.00 a night so maybe this resident confused Wildwood Towers with Wildwood Park. The staff here has to be the most friendliest I have ever encountered in any apartment community. The manager is always available for any problems or concerns that any of her residents have (even on a personal level). I have never seen either one of the rental clerks ever be rude to anyone. Like I said before, I am not sure it was intended for Wildwood Park, but I am sure it WAS NOT intended for Wildwood Towers. This is a great place to live.
